Start by tightlining eyes, by dipping the Ultra Fine Eye Liner Brush into smudge proof Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner, and then push into base of lashes as you would mascara.
Then draw baby wings at outer corners, and then blend back along lashlines to create a small wedge. Use short, quick strokes to connect the liner back toward centers of eyes.
