Bobbi Brown Pro is a members only discount scheme for professional Make-up Artists, Students and Industry professionals.

Bobbi Brown reserves the right to reject the application form for any reason.

If your membership has lapsed for 12 months or more, you must resubmit current professional ID documentation and a Bobbi Brown Pro Membership Application. Bobbi Brown reserves the right to request professional documentation every year prior to membership renewal.

Products purchased by Bobbi Brown Pro members using their discount benefit are for the cardholder’s personal and professional use only and may not be resold under any circumstances. The Bobbi Brown Pro Card can only be used by the Pro Member and payment must be made by the card in the name of the Pro card holder.

Bobbi Brown reserves the right to limit member purchases in accordance with limits established under Bobbi Brown retail policy, as amended from time to time. Exceptions to such purchase limits may only be granted by Bobbi Brown membership administration.

There is a value limit of $500 after discount per order. No more than 6 units of the same item may be purchased per order. In addition, we must also limit orders to no more than three (3) orders per customer per day. Pro Members have a maximum purchase policy of $10,000 per calendar year (post discount). Bobbi Brown Pro membership administration reserve the right to request written documentation of the intended use of products prior to authorising a member’s retail purchase.

Members may return merchandise in accordance with the terms and subject to the limitations of the Bobbi Brown return policy guidelines. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an original itemised receipt in order to exchange a product or obtain a refund in the amount of the purchase price. Select Limited Edition products are not available at Bobbi Brown Pro Membership discount.

Bobbi Brown Pro Membership cards remain the property of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. In the event that the application, or any accompanying information, is invalid or incorrect or where Bobbi Brown has reason to believe that the card has been used in a manner which violates programme guidelines, Intellectual Property or Purchase Policy, Bobbi Brown reserves the right to cancel the membership, render the card inactive and revoke membership privileges. Bobbi Brown reserves the right to modify the programme and its benefits at any time without prior notification. Bobbi Brown reserves the right at its own discretion to refuse any application for membership.
