Polished Interview Makeup

Start with a base of your favorite skincare and foundation. Vitamin Enriched Face Base and Weightless Skin Foundation SPF 15 are a great pairing to create natural-looking, long-wear coverage. Use Skin Corrector Stick and Skin Concealer Stick for undereye circles and extra coverage on dark spots or imperfections.

A polished brow helps frame the face. Use Long-Wear Brow Pencil to define brows. The pointed tip can be used to fill in sparse areas, while the slanted edge creates soft shading. Use your natural brows as a guide to create a natural look.

Job interviews are all about eye contact, so make sure eyes look defined. For soft definition, apply Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick in a neutral shade that’s slightly deeper than your skin tone (seen here in Cinnamon) and blend with finger.

Use Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner (seen here in Black Ink) and the Ultra Precise Eyeliner Brush to define the upper lash line. Press the liner in between lashes to create a thin line that looks polished and professional—but not too heavy.

Finish your eye look with Smokey Eye Mascara. Apply as close to the root of lashes as possible for a seamless look with your liner.

Pro Tip: Apply two coats for an impactful look. Wiggle mascara wand into roots of the lashes for the first coat. Apply the second coat from mid-lashes to tips.
